Gentrys Embroidery & Specialty Advertising
Gentrys was originally established by Fred E Gentry in 1992 as GENTRY SPECIALTY ADVERTISING. Fred's brother Danny joined as a co-owner in 1995. Fred and Danny had the idea of having a showroom with samples of specialty products and showcase products produced for their customers.
This quickly became a successful difference between GENTRYS and all other ad specialty companies in the area.
In 2000 they decided to buy their own embroidery equipment and offer digitizing service. Caps, polo's, jacket's, clothing and tee shirt screen printing had become a large part of their business. This enabled us to determine the quality of the embroidery produced and control the scheduling factor which is so important for customer satisfaction. Customer service and satisfaction is a mainstay of both Fred & Danny.
As members of the Better Business Bureau of North Texas, GENTRYS proudly reports a complaint free record since 1995. Fred & Danny believe the customer should always come first even if the customer is in error and they will find a way to reconcile the problem to the customers' satisfaction.
As members of the Wichita Falls BCI they were winners of the 2000 Small Business Person of the Year Award. Fred's' son, Deric, joined the business in 2004 and contributes as an embroidery advisor and accounting specialist in the Accounting department. With sales reaching $700,000.00 in 2006 GENTRYS has the capability of serving large accounts and small accounts alike.
